Everyone is allowed one bag to go under the bus and one small bag/backpack on the bus.  If you can’t carry it yourself…don’t bring it. Click Here for a printer friendly packing list.

Bring

    • Pillow
    • Sleeping bag (Air mattresses and inflatable pool floats also are acceptable bedding)
    • Work clothes
      • Shoes/work boots - Absolutely NO open toed shoes while working.
      • Long pants (jeans or similar) - Absolutely NO shorts while working.
      • Work gloves if you have some or can buy a pair.
    • Long sleeve jacket/hoodie
    • 1 church outfit – jeans & MT t-shirt will be fine
    • Toiletries
    • 1 towel, 2 if needed, a washclothe can be handy too.
    • Money for fast food on the way & 1 meal while we are there (about $75 is plenty)
    • Money for souvenirs, shopping, etc.
    • Bible
    • Notebook
    • Pen/pencil (Always have a backup)
    • Camera
    • Batteries for camera
    • For the bus:
      • Dramamine if you get motion sickness
      • Cards/dominoes/games/etc.
      • Snacks and drinks

Do NOT bring

    • Tank tops/spaghetti strap shirts
    • Jewelry
    • Electronics
      • Laptops
      • .mp3 players
      • cell phones (They can be brought, but they will stay turned off 99% of the time.)
    • Cots
